Ricardo’s journey to New Zealand began nearly eight years ago, bringing with him a wealth of experience in security, leadership, and multilingual communication. After serving in managerial roles for national and international companies—including as Security Manager for the British Embassy in Santiago de Chile—he sought a new challenge upon arriving in New Zealand.

Recognising a gap in the industry for high-quality, detail-oriented car grooming, Ricardo made a bold move from security to car detailing. What began as a one-person operation, driven by passion and perseverance, has grown into a trusted business known for meticulous service, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.
